Reservations

We accept reservations up to one year in advance. Sunday-Thursday single night reservations are permitted; Friday-Saturday require a two night minimum.

All room rates are subject to local tax. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Opolo Club Members: Opolo Club Members will receive an exclusive rate! Select the rate upon booking and club status will be verified upon check in.

Cancellation Policy

As a boutique bed and breakfast, our cancellation policy is firm. Protocol applies for non-arrivals or early departures as well. Please consider this before finalizing your reservation.

For cancellations made more than fourteen days prior to arrival:

We will refund your deposit, less a 50% cancellation fee, unless a new guest takes over your room.

For cancellations made fourteen days or less prior to arrival:

You are financially responsible for the entire length of your booked stay unless a new guest takes your room.

Check In & Check Out

Check in begins at 3:00 PM and check out is complete at 11:00 AM on your departure date. Should your schedule need adjusting, special arrangements may be possible if planned in advance. To serve you best, please arrive near the time selected during your reservation booking. If arrival is delayed or early, contact us directly at (805) 238-9593 to ensure the smoothest arrival possible.


2 Person Capacity

The Inn at Opolo is designed to offer a relaxing experience that draws you away from every-day life. We encourage a hushed atmosphere, limited responsibilities, and a mellow tone. Perfectly set for just two people, we require all guests to be 18 years of age to maintain our tranquil personality for you and other residents alike.

The Inn at Opolo has the right to charge a fee of $300 or cancel your reservation, at your expense if this policy is found to be broken: No more than 2 guests per room or children under 18 years of age.

Room Key & Gate Clicker

For your convenience we provide a clicker for our main gate and a physical room key to use during your stay. You will be held financially liable for lost or stolen room keys and clickers. Clicker replacement is $50 and Re-keying is $250. Please return the items at check out.

No Smoking

For your comfort and ours The Inn At Opolo is a SMOKE-FREE establishment. No exceptions.

Pets

Though we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets. Service dogs which have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability are permitted. Service dogs must be under the control of the handler at all times. A fee will be charged if any damage to the property is caused by the service dog. If you have a pet with which you want to bring along, we can provide you with a phone number to a local kennel. Thank you for your cooperation.

Damage Liability

You are financially responsible for any damage done to the room or property. The credit card on file will be charged for any repairs or replacements needed.
